A $200 deposit is required to hold the date and room.
Full refund if party is cancelled 30 days or more in advance.
50% refund if party is cancelled less than 30 days in advance.
No refund if party is cancelled within 14 days (2 weeks) of date.
There is a $100 room charge which covers linens, extra sanitization, and set-up.
A final guest count is due 2 weeks prior to date, which is the minimum guarantee.
Once the final count is given and the menu is chosen, the customer is liable for that amount of people.
Final payment must be made by CASH or CREDIT CARD ONLY.
Children's safety is a concern. We ask that you please have children under supervision at all times.
Room is available 1 hour prior to even for decorating purposes only.
NO ELEVATOR AVAILABLE WHEN BOOKING UPSTAIRS.
Our kitchen requests you let us know how many entrees on the sit down menus. (Including your 3 selections on your invitation may be helpful)
Outside cakes are a $1 per person service fee.

Refund Policy on Banquets:
If your party is cancelled within 30 days of the event a full refund will be issued.
If it is cancelled with 2 weeks - half of the deposit ($100) will be refunded.
Under 2 weeks - No Refund.
